 God had given to all life, and breath, and has given us this earth to dwell in, setting everyone within his own boundry.  His primary purpose of making man on earth is to serve Him.  Therefore according to the Bible book of Pr 22:6 God said, Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.  The whole set up shows lack of fear of God in the girls, their parents and relatives and also the trafficker with all of his group.  "One good turn deserves another, also one bad turn deserves another".
