600,000 persons live with HIV/AIDS in Benue State

  THOSE IN BENUE STATE HAVE TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL.
  I was one of the supervisiors during 2006 population census in Benue state.
  I actually was posted to Vandekya local govt to be precise and based on the
  outcome of that census i know very well that Benue state has a large land mark
 with a little population. For these number of people to be living with HIV means
there is a serious problem.

MAKURDI – The Benue State Commissioner for Health and Social Services, Dr. Oduen Abunku, has disclosed that over 600,000 persons are currently living with the dreaded HIV/AIDS in the state.
