Not True................

Then who foots the bill?

The poster said 'ALL'..........that is where I am basing my answer on.........it is the groom's primary responsibility quite alright, but the bride's people handle some aspect of the expense.....this is what I know, not what I was told.........
u know nothing! the man foots the bill i got married there.

I WONDER IF THE POSTER WANTS THE BABE TO PAY HER OWN BRIDE PRICE. IT'S THE GUY THAT WANTS TO MARRY ABI? THEN HE CAN GO AHEAD AND GET MARRIED. IF THE BABE'S FAMILY WANTS TO HELP OUT, IT'S LEFT FOR THEM. DIFFERENT PART OF IGBO LAND HAVE DIFFERENT TRADITIONS WITH REGARD TO MARRIAGE. IF YOU WANT TO MARRY IGBO BABE APPLY FOR CONSULTANCY. Grin

In general, it is always a good look for a man to take care of the bills. Lol..I do know that traditionally males like to appear as the dominant figures so why not?
