Is this an insult?

There are dis 3 friends in a village nicknamed Trouble, "Ask me", and Respect. 1 day, trouble was lost in d wood so, his friends go to the police station to make report. "Respect" is waiting outside while "ask me" go in to make d report.

 Ask me: Hello officer
 Officer: Hello, what can i do for u.
 Ask me: are u a police man?
 Officer: are u asking me?
 Ask me: No, i'm "Ask me"
 Officer: dnt u ave respect 4 a police man at all?
 Ask me: Yes, i do. he is out side there waiting 4 me to call him in.
 Officer: Hey! u are looking for trouble!
 Ask me: Exactly! Dats the reason why am here.
