Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Protesters burn down INEC office and other buildings in Niger state
Riot broke out in parts of Niger state this morning as protesters took to the streets. The INEC office along David Mark road in Minna, the Governor's campaign office at Mobil Roundabout, Senator Awaisu Kuta's house, PDP vice chairman Barr. Tanko Beji's chamber and IBB campaign office were all set on fire by  protesters a few hours ago.

The announcement by head of service in Niger state, asking workers to resume resulted in the violent demonstrations.

Guys wey dey do dis kain nonsense no dey shame 4 them to have allowed themselves to be used to do such a damage to the state.it's unfortunate.y did they not get has far as destroying former president Babangidas house if they no that they can go and destroy government property.foolish set of human beings that are animals in human fLesh.

GOOD MAN. IS THAT ALL YOU CAN SAY ? GO THEN AND STOP THE PROTESTERS, OR QUENCH THE FIRE.
THOSE HOUSES ARE GOVT PROPERTIES, AND THE ONES THAT;S BELONG TO IBB SHOULD NOT BE SPARED, BECAUSE
IT WAS PURCHASE WITH NIGERIAN MONEY. WHEN PEOPLE ARE PISSED OFF, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.
