if there is anyone who decides to hate u & u know it, just be happy u knew.

Some ppl are sadists, no matter how hard u try to make up with dem they'll still hate u deep down.

My advice is; wind her up by doing d right thing always, do d right thing all the time. Once u have any small blot on ur copybook she's ready to use it against you.....just continue ur job with happiness & do d right thing...her sadness will kill her someday

babe, d tin there is simple, 1, she is older dan u. 2, u r lik a boss to her in same office, at least u shd kn dat u ladies always ve dis tin "i am on top" at least u shd kn dat she want u to respect her being dat she is older dan u and if nt 4 d job, u wldn't talk to her d way u do at time and in d oda hand u see urself as her senior in office so u do tins d way u lik nt mindin if it hurts odas 'd pride of bein d boss'.

my advise is try to show her some respect being dat she is ur elder n talk wit her 4 her to understand u really didnt mean to hurt her feelins of somtn lik dat.  above all pray b4 approaching her.  tins will work out

It is a thin line between hate and love" you must agree. It may also interest you to know, that you both have more in common than you may have sensed till now.
According to your information, you just cameback from oversea trip, went around to say hello to everybody but went to her first!!!  *** 
Evidence of emotional attachment on a subconscious level. Now you may consider this approach, buy a substantial present for her when next you make a trip, or relay back to me for more strategic approach. Significantly expressed as an ice breaker, for the long years of suppressed undefined emotions......  She may have a lot to tell you, perhaps a lot better than some of your present colleagues may claim to be. You only need to be courageous in finding out, don't forget you have nothing to loose......you can only gain either ways... kudos for your intelligence.
