Compromise is the key word. I understand its difficult to deal with some certain individuals in the offices, but when you study them and observe their kind of personality then you can always flow with them.

The beast in me cannot come out for this lady rather the maturity in me by teaching her that there are better ways to address issues.

There are people will look up to when taking decision not bc we can not do it the way it suit us, but the after effect of our decision,  hence been matured.
