He is more than 20million naira multiply by 50 but he just choose not to pay.He is an honest man.They could not convict him for corruption while in the power.

i did not see him as that corrupt entity but relgious conservative thou he was unlucky, that not for long he assumed office but was toppled by villainous babangida who did not give him time or chance and also was against democracy as he insited that it was too early for the military rule to adjust its democratical leadership but he was simple and might!!!!!!

This is one of the reasons why our leaders and other political office holders choose to steal instead of facing insults like this. Look at people insulting buhari because he can't pay his house rent. Well, people must talk. If Goodluck buy house oversea, they will say he did that with a stolen money and if he choose to utilise the money in developing Nigeria and thereafter go home empty handed, people will say he's a stupid man for not having anything to boost of, even after being through the highest political office. So looking at it from that angle, u will agree with me that, that is the reason why corruption will be difficult to stop in Nigeria.
