Comparing the two countries that way might not make much sense. Nigerians more than Ghanaians to make Ghana what it is today. And many of them (Nigerians & Nigerian-Ghanaians) occupying key positions in the different sectors of Ghanaian economy (politics inclusive) are possessing fake certificates from different Nigerian and Ghanaian Universities and other governmental institutions.
It`s not a Nigeria - Ghana issue: what is on one side is equally found on the other.

This is a woman that go about feeding other peoples` children when her own children are dying of hunger
she provides security to African subcontinent when bombs are being distributed in her home like USAID-rice in Congo

This man might have studied law in school, but very sure he did not pass law school, because there is no way some one can fake to be a practicing lawyer for even 5 years without being caught. Very sure this is not the true story.
