The militancy group which last week carried out an attack resulting in the death of four policemen in Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan's state of Bayelsa.
In a statement to media outfits this weekend, it said "We are at war with all arms of the Nigerian security services and as such, members of the Nigeria police will be attacked as the opportunity presents itself,".
The group which had earlier condemned the ongoing trial of its leader Henry Okah and others in South Africa also warned South African businesses in the country to either relocate or face its wrath.
The declaration is a setback for the Nigerian government as it face rising attack from Islamist sect, Boko Haram in Northern Nigeria especially on security forces which it accused of extra judicial killings and torture of its sect members.
