I think we should apply "stand your ground here". The dead dude will rest in peace. However, he caused his own death by trespassing unto his girlfriend's privacy. Men should learn how to hold back their jealousy. She is not even his wife. I think he has no right to access her phone by force. The lady's action may be termed self defense since he took her phone by force. If you do not want another man to call your woman, get married. Some women do this stupid thing... " who is calling you? eh! Who is calling you? Before you know it, she has started a fight. Any wise man or woman should learn from this case.
