WHY NIGERIAN DONT NEED EMERGENCY POLICE NUMBER

one of my guy just hear say their police number na 112 so he say make he call for emergency.so he dial na girl pick"yes hello who is this and what is your emergency"na my guy just say "e nor easy oh e dey come oh abeg abeg"na she say 'whats the emergency" na he say "rain dey come oh e go soon fall oh"after na the girl just ask am."how old are you"na he end d call.
