Davido has lawyered firmly as the case of Tagbo's death has taken new turn after he was officially declared as a person of interest in the case of his friend's death. Davido and his lawyers have released videos of the last moment of his friend, Tagbo, along with an official statement to exonerate him from any wrong doing on that night, see their statement below and the video:

All i see is a drunken guy not ready to go home,and Davido driving off in a white Mercedes SUV. And if that is the entire truth,then he cant be here and there at the same time,meaning that people want to use Davido's status as a well known celebrity to sensationalize this story
