Go and study about the etiologies of paranoid type,catatonic type and other type of  Psychotic and Mood Disorders. Many Nigerians claim that the holy spirit is talking to them, giving them messages during certain phases of their mental disorders. The problem is that Nigerian psychologists and psychiatrist lack good expertise in dealing with these mental health issues. Just take your wife to a good Western trained mental health professional...you will find solution to your wife's problems.
