A man died and left behind his wife and four children he has left nothing much except a spare part shop and a car even before his death a huge sum of money has already been spent upon his sick bed so there was little left even to support his burial but surprisingly enough the family of this man started fighting the widow that is the late man’s wife over the car he left behind.  Two years later the widow died, before now the two of the children died and she was left with two and the said shop which she was fighting over with the husband's family was burnt along with other things this woman would have used to start up life during the northern political riot yet the husband’s family could not even have pity on this woman but hated her even till her death and finally refused her corpse to be buried in their compound because she refused them her husband’s property. This barbaric act of her in-laws could it be trace to poverty or wickedness? 

Should the brethren or the mother take possession of a man’s property while the wife and children are yet living?
