 Everything in moderation offers unlimited enjoyment , failing which a knowledge of simple First Aid could have prevented the fatal end result. Yet no matter what what will be will be as has been written .  My condolences to the families of the bereaved in Zimbabwe ??  The lady is rather young to leave that soon
