One of the family members who spoke to newsmen said Peace drank a highly poisonous insecticide known as Snipper which he mixed with shaving powder.
“We woke up this morning (Thursday) and discovered that his door was locked. When we forced it opened, we saw him dead,” he stated.
According to information gathered from close friends at Emma’ residence at Narayi Highcost, Kaduna, he must have felt humiliated that his younger brother, Emma, could call him unprintable names just for spending his money without proper explanation.
A source hinted P.M.NEWS that Emma, the Chelsea player, sent the money into Peace’s account and asked him to cash it from the bank and meet him in Abuja on Tuesday 29, May, when he flew into the country . But Peace withdrew the money and spent it.
All efforts to speak with Emma Seriki on the why the quarrel with his elder brother proved abortive.
