what do you do if your partner is not generous(stingy)..how do you tell 'em without hurting their feelings?

I can't live with a stingy partner as I'm the VERY opposite of it.
When I realize I'm the only person who plays the role of a Giver....
I feel I'm being taken advantage of and I'm left with no option than to spell it out.

@ poster, First you need to know the reason why the person is stingy..
maybe he might have a project at hand and wants to meet up..
with it and due to that he/she might choose to be stingy in other..
to achieve that. you know before you get something you must forfeit..
somethings it might be  money or other valuables. etc.
