on what ground did federal government decide to pay 100m naira to family of boko harams leader, let them as well pay compensation to the family of anini the formal popular criminal and all the highway robbers who has bein killed by security officers of nigeria and kidnappers also. pls mossob and militant can not be use to compare boko harams for god sake. boko harams kidnappers and highway robbers are in the same catigories.
