When you take a life, you are required to give yours. However, every kill does not necessarily amount to murder, particularly premeditated murder.
Giving his age, the crime does not fit a planned action, it was sheer aggravated anger, which was spontaneous , he should have been giving the benefit of a lesser charge of manslaughter , With reasonable prison sentence..
But who owns the weapons that were used?

well for me considering d fact dat d father and mother have lost one child d judge would have sentence the boy nt to condem him bcos nw the parents are going to los two sons,which will nt b easy for them to bear.
