huh? what kind of yeye procedure is that? if you are legal,i mean u came in d right way, maybe as a student or something ..everything begins with immigration/foreign office.police has no authority to demand your presence anytime u got a new apartment or check on u(only if u r legal oooh),cuz when u r legal everything about u have been made known (officially) by d foreign office..unless there is a comma somewhere and d foreign office has given them(police) d authority to do so.then they will react swiftly and in some case too hash..if they(police) wanna know u n everything about you,all they need is your full name and date of birth shikina!ur data/profile will just appear like an open book(that's,when controlled), n note: general finger print is a new thing,n its done by d immigration/foreign office..b4 they don't demand for such coz it was only made for illegal immigrant and criminals....
NOW!! if u r illegal in any member state(europe)..it's all left for d individual state to decide your fate,if ur asylum has been rejected ...meaning any country can deal with u the way they wish...cuz u r like an outcast n a pest to them..n this is where the police can act in full force coz d foreign office has given them such authority to do so...by monitoring u 24/7,demand ur present anytime they want/wish and even limit your movement(like in germany)..n u have absolutely no atom of right to challenge them...so pls get ur fact straight..
p.s... police can only get ur finger print if they're d first to catch u as an illegal immigrant.but still, will let d immigration/foreign office to be aware of it.
