does nigeria make finger prints?in europe finger print is made right from birth and as for the foreigners immediately u get in any country u have to identify ur self with the police by going straight to them, and the first thing the police do is to make a finger print of u with the central digital  computer.and u must provide an address of where u live and imidiatly the police most see in the computer if this address realy exist and imidiatly or after some days the police will check on u if u realy living there.even if u change ur house or place u live 20 times a year u also have to go to the police that 20 times to tell them were u relocated to,or else when u controlled by the police u can get ur self into problem or arrested for staying illegal. .ur address is also as important as ur permission of stay in europ.and on the each street there are so many cameras.so with this if such person commit any crime imidiatly the police will replay the camera or trace the finger prints and with this finger print they already knows where the person lives,work,the date of birth,te full name and so many other informations about him or her.this is why the white or europian dicted crime commiters easily.but in nigeria no street cameras,no finger prints,no address,u can change where u live 100 times a month and nobody cares.so it will realy be difficult to dictect crime commiters here in nigeria.
