Hey pals! Going by the norm/tradition on the part of the planet we're from, where it's believed that the kitchen legitimately belongs to the woman.
If we're to consider the definition of "COOKING" as defined below, Should it (cooking) be counted amongst the prerequisite for marrying a lady?
Defination: Cooking is the process of preparing food by applying heat, selecting, measuring and combining of ingredients in an ordered procedure for producing safe and edible food. The process encompasses a vast range of methods, tools and combinations of ingredients to alter the flavor or digestibility of food. Factors affecting the final outcome include the variability of ingredients, ambient conditions, tools, and the skill of the individual doing the actual cooking.

It shuldnt, bt y shuld a wman nt know how 2cook? Its mostly in d western world wer they dnt c it as anytin bt nt here in africa. If u as a lady dnt know hw 2cook then b prepard 2share or loose ur huby 2 1 who knows hw 2. Hw cn u b marid n stil eat out or employ a house help or cook 2cook 4ur family? Doe som men dnt mind bt majority do n i hav a situation wer wmen wer sent bak 2 their parents 2go len hw 2cook or sent bak permanently. My dear, e gud make man n wman know hw 2cook.

I totally agree with u broz,..but, If u love her and shs has other qualities except "cooking" would u marry her?

if i can prepare good food as a man, why shouldnt my fiace be able to? it surely would affect our marriage if we do get married cos u can to a man's heart tru his belly. lol she cld learn if she loves me dearly.

It shouldn't really be a prerequisite so long she is willing 2 be taught. A lady should know how 2 cook food not only for her hubby but for herself also. Even if she isn't a good cook, she should be ready to learn.
