No one can help anyone forget his or her worries. Forgiving is easy if you have the heart, but to forget is almost impossible, if not totally impossible, will his brain be caught off. It will even be worse for those who had trained their minds to a particular consciousness (Self Mastery - New Age Teachings) to remembers events even with dates and time.

He cant forget. Although it hurts so badly when your loved once betray you. Because this is gross betrayal and traitor act.

The best thing is just for the guy to move on. The same energy for sex and emotion, loving, are from the same energy for moving forward (kinectic energy) are same and are from one source. The guy only needs to master the conversion of energy.

He should convert the energy he had been wasting on a traitor into energy to contribte to the development of humanity.

Guy no one can remember you for your wife, no matter how good, nice, beautiful she is, but you can be remembered for your contribution to humanity.

although its not easy, if its not easy for you to detach, check on her once a while, maybe interval of 2 weeks or more, provoke her to offend you the more. One day, you will find tru reason why she is better left.=
