are u charging goats or owner(s) of the goats? what stupidity. so if the goats are sentenced, they'll go to jail? i hope the govt is buliding prisons meant for goats

They should have meted that judgements to the owners of the goats, not the goat themselves..... Goats are animals that don't understand whatever grammer they speak. So i don't see any merit in this kind of news. They should detained the goats, when the owner come to ask for them, then the owners can be detained for any possible judgement they deem fit. S, when the goats are in court, they will be bleeting "mmaaayyy, mmaaayy, mmaaayy..."?
