Nice to hear dis in my lovely country. I'm a Qualifying Aeronautical engineer. Well knw on aircraft design. Add me at facebook to see some of my shot while building my KNI-01. Brother I observed that u used a raw metal while building ur plane. Actually a plane can not fly with that heavy materials. such kind wood used for the skeleton: Balsa, spruce. Coz they are strong and lighter. While aluminum also used for the skeleton. While skinning material include cotton, fiberglass, carbon, fleach. Epoxy Resin and catterlis. Example of this material look on top of trailer car u can see some bend cap. It's also made from fiberglass and Epoxy Resin. Also wings span is vary important try let it reach 18 feat for the kind airplane that u have designed. Also porch 1962 or chevrolet 1963 engine air coolant and volkswagen beetle engine also used to converted for airplane used. If u get this message just add me at facebook.
