DISCUSSION: Are Nigerians Coming Back From Abroad Doing The Country Any Good?

The outflow of Nigerians to other more developed countries in search of jobs, quality education, better living standards and more has for several decades, caused a “brain drain” in the economy.



Following the economic recession in most countries such as the United Kingdom where lots of Nigerians relocated to, there has been a shift in the trend as many Nigerians returned back home.

The question Battabox is asking this time is – What do Nigerians who have remained in the country think about their return? Are those returning home helping or hurting the country?

Yesoo experience matters combine with expsosure u can never leave Naija n come back d same! Home base should embrace them with love nt being hostile or making them feel like a prodigal son! They should creat a positive ground that ll benefit both of them!

some do go back to establish businesses which is good for the economy.
however those deported for criminal offences are bad products.
