WE HAVE ENOUGH RESOURCES IN NIGERIA FOR SUCH PROJECT. WHY CAN'T THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT EMULATE THIS FROM OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES? THIS WOULD HELP TO ALLEVIATE THE ELECTRICITY PROBLEMS IN SOME SATES.
