WE HAVE ENOUGH RESOURCES IN NIGERIA FOR SUCH PROJECT. WHY CAN'T THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT EMULATE THIS FROM OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES? THIS WOULD HELP TO ALLEVIATE THE ELECTRICITY PROBLEMS IN SOME SATES.

70% down to presido, ministers, reps, senators, govs and other top ranking thieves' pockets. 10% down to militants pockets (amnesty). 5% going streight to boko harams. The general public shares ther emaining 15%.
