Nigeria or any other nation of our world doesn't need that psychopathic law in civil society,human social right violation is unacceptable and therefore it's a factor of dictatorial regime.Reforms that contributes and alleviate and eradicate poverty ,injustice,corruption is mostly important for implementation.

Ugandans have gone wild,and the government has been draconic with punitive measures to themselves,can we call these SHARIA in desgiuse or what?but the bikin and shorts have been in existence since ages.though,dress codes matters a lot,and women should dress properly not seductive ways,it is those stupid men will rush women with such dresses,mostly those men that segxwally starved. Women too should not take things for granted that since most men are chronically sex-starved therefore they should dress inappropriate,fusing out anger from men.this is 3rd world and women in it should dress appropriately.Most men should behave well,not just chasing out anything in skirt,so also women of easy virtures should dress appropriately to show how they should be respected by men.as I said again,Chase the fox away first and then come home to blame the chicken.Dr Phil is always in favour of  human and women rights.
