its normal, having fleet of cars in my country, afterall not one of the cars is insured, no emission tax, road tax,, so should keep it up,,, she should go to more advanced western countries and go buy more cars,,, insure all the cars and pay tax on all, non stop for a year, maybe at the end of the year she would still retain all the cars,,,, only if she is dangote,,,
