why do guys have a long grudge on ladies before they can approach them?

i'v noticed that alot of guys in my street takes a longer time to approach any ladies in my area,they always make a good research of them from friends before they could say just helo!why do some guys idol ladies a such?

That depends on the kind of lady......cos if the lady is of a high class most guys will be afraid to go meet them up and blow up words into them.............
