I am not a hater but you did not get fat overnight, its gradual. If you like your size the way it is go ahead and continue to live your life the way you like and let the haters go to hell. It is really your life but if you think its appropriate to loose some weight so that negative attention could be eliminated in the near future, you have many options to do that of which swimming is one of them, oyu could also check into the gym for regular exercises and please eat more healthier regularly.
