I will recommend that a pay back of the same treatment should be meted to the man in question by the Government. Failure to do so would amount to encouraging  such act, as the so called rich men are not concern about how much they spend to get out of such case. It is only by inflicting such wound on him and deal with him the way he dealt with the girl, that others, will learn from it.
