The majority leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly was in a high court yesterday, facing charges of conspiracy, willful damage, and attempted murder, but his arraignment was stalled because the Attorney General of the state wants to take over the case.

Chidi Lloyd will remain in police custody until August 6, 2013.
