The CNN International anchor is now a Mrs. She tied the knot with Leif Coorlim in Atlanta, Georgia.
The intimate affair took place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in the presence of close friends and family.
The Sierra Leonean/British television presenter looked gorgeous in a strapless Amsale gown, which features intricate bead works. Her stunning look was completed with pearl drop earrings and her cathedral veil.
She tells People Magazine of her gown that “Amsale herself was with me as I tried on different dresses at her Madison Avenue showroom in New York. She was wonderful. After trying on a number of gowns, Amsale, my stylist Stacey Brice Washington and I agreed that this was the dress for me!”
Her husband Leif complemented Isha in a black dinner suit.
Isha met Leif, executive editor of The CNN Freedom Project” (a campaign to help end child prostitution) in 2008 at the network where they both still work.
Happy to spill the deets on their day, Sesay tells People “Our day exceeded my wildest dreams. It was magical.”
“When I saw Leif standing at the end of the aisle, I felt as if my heart would explode. I married the man of my dreams in front of the people we care about the most. And then we partied the night away.” she gushed.
