1st of all, their should be traditional boy names and girl names.
E.g in the Igbo tradition, how can I name my son Chijioke when my friends daughter is Chijioke, my daughter is Chika at the same time my bro's son is Chika , my son is Chinonso at the same time my daughter is Chinonso , I can't agree to answer Uzoamaka or Uche(thank god that's not my name) when my friend who is a girl is Uzoamaka or Uche , one day I'll her a boy answer . Yoruba names, some boys and girls at the same time answer: Bukola, Abiola, Abimbola, Ajibola and some other ola, ola, ola
2ndly, some people should answer names of adjectives and some other funny English names
Names like John, Sonia, Sarah, Timothy, Peter, Samuel, Valentine, Sasha etc are OK, but some funny names like Blessing, Success, Messiah, Patience, Gift, Major etc shouldn't go. If you're answering these kind of names, don't feel offended O but I would change my name if I you

well makes some sense but i think the meaning of those names are the issues to consider. Bukola in full is oluwabukunolami- meaning God has added to my wealth, Abiola means that the child is likened to wealth in the family, literally it mreans we have borne wealth,
Abimbola means i was born with wealth, Ajibola means someione tha wakes up to wealth These are not bad names as far as i am concerned. Peter in the bible means the rock, it depicts someone of strong personality, Timothy, samuel, john all have special meanings. So find out the meaning of your name and stop whinning at other pple's names By the way my name is Oluwatoyin and i wldnt change that for the world.
NOTHING IS GOTTEN EXCEPT ITS GIVEN FROM ABOVE
