A lot is happening in Africa,it is high time we understand the fact that no one is happy to steal.We should have mercy on people and shouldn't treat them like animals.Let anyone of those guys raise his hand if he hasn't stolen before,just bcos the weren't caught.We should stop this barbaric act.
