Nigeria Polytechnic: Is it standard?

Our Polytechnic in Nigeria need to be updated........there are some iregularity among our lectures most especially the state own polytechnics

even some universities.infact the whole educational system right from nursery/basic.

i think the Goverment still hav a long way to go,the whole system is infected all we need now is cure.
