That's why some of this oversea people is hard for them to live in Nigerian again, any one who manage to spend one month that person has a project at hand, i was asking one of my friend about light situation in their state she told me that light is stable now that govt is trying, i was like hey thanks God for the improvement, when i ask her how many months or weeks does it last before goes off......she said is last ( 1-hour ) each day, i could not believe what i heard, so is that what you called stable light? Nigerian need help honestly speaking because the country where i am in Asia light never goes off for years, even if by any mistake it tripped off in a few seconds emergency generator will power the whole street, and fixing the problem does not take them up to 30mins the light will be back.

My area for Itire (Otuoba) is only 30mins in d afternoon, one street and is being divided into two, one side do have constant light whereas the other is 30mins by day in d afternoon. God will deliver us from NEPA. .
