a pregnant woman is or could b yr regular girl only y r sure this one didnt commit abortion. if one can marry a non virgin one can equally marry  pregnant woman. as for the child there is no big deal, after all people adopt children not their own now and then. it doesnt really matter if the owner seeks the child or vice versa later. you did one good turn to a helpless baby and that should be a good turn for the world u accomplished.
