This happened around the Muson Centre/TBS area of Lagos a few minutes ago. The bus driver was stopped for a traffic offense and as LASTMA and VIA officials tried to seize his bus, he went under it and refused to come out, causing traffic on the road. Don't blame him though. That's his source of livelihood.

But must they impound the vehicle, law enforcement agents in Nigeria always do their best to make things difficult for the ordinary man on the street. Why not just fine him, seize his driver's license, give him some covering note and let him continue with his job so he will be able to raise money to pay the fine.

They are not there in roads for  legitimate jobs, just seeking for how to extort the already poor masses.

i wish they care if he work or not.
there is no human sympathy in Nigeria.
very wicked set of law enforcement agents.
they are just there for their selfish interest and nothing more.
