If found quilts, he should be sentenced to 30 years in prison, some countries even sentenced to death like Malaysia but recently they are relaxing. Corruption is a very grievous of fence, nobody should be allowed to use money with impunity, when you go inside Nigeria shanty towns you see the poverty, you see suffering, you see hunger, you see desperation, you see waste because somebody somewhere did not do what should be done, when will this destructive habit stop, look at roads. It a cycle of decay, hunger and affliction, today it must stop.
