Igbinedion was a confirmed criminal. He looted Edo state funds tire, he was running igbinedion University with Edo state funds.

8 years of Lucky Igbinedion administration as a governor of edo state was zero all government properties was converted to his personal benefit such broadcasting equipment meant for edo states, all  roads, schools, hospital, were left abandoned. For eight years only one industry he can boost of establishing for the state. The edo government is very kind to him if not he should be in jail for life if Nigeria was good country that fight corruption
