Italian Woman Faces 6 Years In Jail For Not Cooking and Cleaning The House

An Italian woman is facing up to six years in jail after her husband took her to court for not cooking and cleaning enough. The 40-year-old from Sonnino in Lazio, south-central Italy, is being charged with 'mistreatment of the family', local media reports.


According to her husband who brought the charges, this is due to her 'poor management of the household chores'. She is due to stand trial later this year, and can face a substantial jail term, The Local reports.

He claims her 'mistreatment' has been ongoing for two years.

Could this be true?but this kind law for good for we Naija,he go really tackle all those lazy bone girls wey no sabi do anything,wey be say nearly everything nah house maid,only yansh she no dey wash for them.

It is very true, marriage is now a legal and moral contract. I know alot of women will shout equality and blah blah blah, honestly if women think equality, its fine people can just be friends, have kids and have self respect for each other, but if you think family and the need for a family then you need to obey and respect the family structure, which makes a man the head of his family in all traditions and cultures of the world! #Simples!
