I don't agree with the terms of this out of court settlement. The damage has been done. It is highly unlikely that those who heard the damaging broadcast will also hear the retractions and apology.

Probably, Tinubu is too rich to need the financial compensation. But there are many charities in Nigeria who would have been too happy to use the financial compensation.
