31-Yrs-Old Man Arrested For Grabbing And Fondling Woman's Bosom In Lagos

A s*x crazy man has landed in prison for allegedly molesting and segxwally assaulting his neigbour by grabbing and fondling her Bosom .
A man has been arrested and arraigned in court for allegedly fondling a woman’s Bosom . The 31-year-old man identified as Yusuf Akpata, was on Thursday brought before an Ejigbo Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.

He is being accused of segxwally assaulting his neighbor, Elustus, 25, by touching her Bosom  without her consent.
 
According to the police prosecutor, Insp. Oluwafemi Adeleye, he told the court that the accused segxwally molested his neigbour by fondling her Bosom  without permission. He then injured her as she tried to resist him. He committed the offences on Feb. 7 at about 5.00 p.m. at No. 57, Iduaro Compound, Idimu, Lagos.
“The accused injured her when he swiped her incisors while she was trying to resist him.’’ he said.
 
The offences contravened Sections 171 and 261of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Section 171 provides a three-year jail term for serious assault, while Section 261 also prescribes three years for segxwal assault.
Ruling on the bail application of the accused, the Magistrate, Mr A. A. Fashola, granted the man bail in the sum of N50, 000 with a surety in like sum.
The accused, who lives at No. 57, Iduaro Compound, Idimu, a Lagos suburb, is facing a two-count charge of assault and battery.
Further hearing in the case has been fixed for March 7.
