It has always been a blessing in disguise to some tough-mind-men around Nigeria whenever the price of petroleum is inflated or not in circulation as they turn petrol vendors hawking the commodity in different kegs of various sizes at promiscuous price.

But this time the desperation in the “black market” deal has taken a new face. Women are now seen at the forefront of the business on the roads with kegs of different measurements of litres passing the highly flammable liquid from one container to another with the help of hose whenever a buyer is patronising them.
