Pastor should leave the church alone. If he had done a job with the people, there would not have been so much disillusionment of his stewardship. He should step down or find another place to worship. Bringing tugs in the church means he is guilty as charged.

How do you hope to teach a congregation that doesn't want you anymore? Will you force them to listen while your body guard surrenders you? how many body guard did the greatest perfect man Jesus ever had? That is why Jesus said, that judgement will start in his own house_the church!
