when the plantain enters the paw paw from behind, the thrust moves the baby forward n makes it easier for delivery..i was advised to continue having sex during my pregnancy for that same reason. That and exercises makes a smoother delivery.

I hausa language thre is what is called Bashiga, whcih means dont enter. During menses, bashiga but during pregnancy, Plz Plz Plz, you should SHIGA SHIGA and SHIGA  again. It lubricates the feotus and aids easy delivery. If you doubt me consult ur doctor. It is adviseable and another thing is that you can't keep her to be fallowing away for that long abi you get anonther lan and runs for outside?
